Spanish Government Pilot Building for Energy Saving.

Formed by 5 buildings set aside for Ministries. Its total floor area is 212,920 m².

Work performed:

Refurbishment Project for the HVAC systems to accomplish the energy saving required by the European Union.

GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS

New Police Station.

The police facilities has a total floor area of 7,800 m².

The new building has designed to favor the energy saving, environmental protection and comfort of users.

The building has designed in the shape of L, with six floors. There are several solar panels located in a metal roof.

Work performed:

Carrying out the Design Project for the mechanical and electrical facilities.

Refurbishment for buildings of Congress of Deputies.

Work performed:

Designing the Self-Protection Plan.

Work performed:

Carrying out the Design Project and Construction Management for the mechanical and electrical facilities, as well as the application for the Operating Licence.

Backing for the construction of four underground floors, keeping the existing building.

Work performed:

Assessment for the Council of Alcobendas about the HVAC systems.
