The Website is owned by "Pérez-Barja International S.A." (from now on Pérez-Barja Int., commercial entity with registered offices in Madrid (Spain), Avda. Reina Victoria, nº70, with Fiscal Identification Code ES-A86816162, registered in the Mercantile Registry, Volume 31435, Sheet 184, Page M-565866, Registration 1st.

Regulations of use for the Website.


The Website access is free.

The user must use the Site and its content and services as required by law, the morals, the public order and the present General Terms. Additionally, it is compulsory to carry out a good use of the services and/or content of the Website and not being employed to develop illegal activities which are an infringement upon third parties rights and/or breaking copyright law, or any other regulations of the appicable legal ordinance.

In these cases, Pérez-Barja Int. will only be responsible of the contents and services provided in the links to the extent it would have knowledge about the unlawfulness and not having deactivated the links with the due dilligence. On the assumption that there are links with inappropiate or unlawful contents, user can communicate to Pérez-Barja Int., without the necessity of Pérez-Barja Int. must remove the link.

In any case, the existence of links must suppose the formalization of agreements with the title holders, neither the Pérez-Barja Int. recommendation, advertising or identification with the manifestations, contents, services provided.

Pérez-Barja Int. does not know the contents and services of the links and, for this reason, it is not responsible of the damages produced by the unlawfulness, quality, obsolescence, unavailable, mistake and usefulness of the contents and/or neither services of links or directly attributed to Pérez-Barja Int..

Intellectual and Industrial Property


All of Website contents, i.e., the texts, photos, graphics, pictures, icons, technology, software, links and more audiovisual and sound contents, as well as its graphic design and source codes, are Pérez-Barja Int’s intellectual property or third parties, without being transferred to Users any of the Licensing Rights recognized for the current regulations regarding to coypright about them.

The trademarks, trade names or logos are owned by Pérez-Barja Int. or third parties and it can be understood that access to the Website does not assign any right to them.

Private Policy


Respecting their privacy, we do not reveal any kind of information about identification to third parties, following the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD): All personal information that users provide to us will be considered confidential and added to files owned by Pérez-Barja Int. as addressee of them, enabling the delivery of services requested by the user and inform about the products or services it intends to bring to market.

Invalidity and unenforceability of the clauses


If any clause included in these General Terms was declared, total or partially, invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability will only affect this order or the part which is invalid or unenforceable, remaining the General Terms in all of the rest, having this order, or the part affected of the same.

Applicable law and jurisdiction


These General Terms will regulate according to Spanish Law in the topics are not specifically established. PÉREZ-BARJA and the User agree to resolve any controversy that may arise in the provision of the goods and services related to these General Terms, in the Court of Madrid.
