This complex is located in Madrid covering up a block limited by Paseo de la Castellana, 160 & 162; Av. Alberto Alcocer, 2; C/ Doctor Fleming, 13, 15, 17 & 19; and C/Panamá, 1.

Complex formed by 5 buildings which are home to several Government Offices like Ministry of Industry and a part of Ministry of Economy.

The total floor area of the complex is 212,920 m² being 114,646 m² for under ground floors and 98,274 m² of above ground floors. The total floor area is 20,354 m².

Developing an Integral Action to improve the Efficiency Energy of the HVAC Systems, including economic valuation and amortization of each one of the improvements proposed.

onsisting in:

  Fuel switching of Diesel Oil to Natural Gas.
  Modification of the heat distribution temperatures from high to low.
  Implementation of a trigineration system.
  Modification in the pumps of the HVAC systems from constant volume to variable one.
  Modification of the most important HVAC units, introducing recovery and freecooling.
  Modification in the water distribution changing from a system with two pipes to one with four.

Each proposal would be studied independently, evaluating energy and economic aspects.

Work performed:

  Developing the complet project of approved improvements for the customer, including report, calculations, drawings and measurements for the request of proposal to different installation companies.
  Comparison and study of the different offers submitted.
