Málaga Airport Terminal 3 is located next to T2, connected through a direct access.

Its total floor area is 250,000 m², combining departures and arrivals area in different levels.

Departure area is located on the first floor with 20,000 m² for checking and more than 10,800 m² of stores.

225 meters of curtain wall and high ceilings to make easier direct natural lighting.

Work performed:

Carrying out a Expert Report about the HVAC System, as well as the Legal Defence in the trial against our customer.

Underground works for Highway Tunnel with 1,500 meters.

Two roads. Each one has four lanes of 3.5 m, with shoulders of 0.75 m and sidewalks of 1 m in both sides. Throughout the route, there are emergency exits (15 in this stretch), ventilation wells, pumping wells, electric substation and the necessary facilities rooms.

Work performed:

Design of the Project including the mechanical and fire protection facilities.
