The Gran Manzana Shopping Mall was opened on October 1993.

Its total floor area is 72,000 m², with 90 shops distributed on three floors and 4-storey garage with 1,100 parking lots.

It is located in the city of Alcobendas, within the urban complex “Complejo Alcobendas 2000“, integrated by the main administrative services (City Council, Courts of Justice, Tax Agency, Mercantile Register, etc.) and cultural (auditorium, music school, etc.) of the city.

Gran Vía de Vigo Shoopping Mall was opened June 1 2006. It has the biggest commercial floor area of Galicia, with 41,246 m².

Its architectural conception is based on several key aspects: urban character, pedestrian crossing from the Gran Vía and the respectful implementation with the enviroment. Keeping the visual impact in mind, as a result a suggestive and united architectural shape.

The commercial complex is divided on three floors, three underground parking levels and a roof garden.

The parking has more than 1,800 parking spaces and, besides, there are 200 parking lots in the roof.

The whole mall is full of marine emblems. It is made clear, for example, on the roof with a curtain wall in the shape of hull, landscaped area, pergolas, food service and relax area. Furthermore, there are seven water fountains connected with the music.
